Rendering man pages as HTML on the fly.

Under C6 I had an application or a setting that enabled me to search for and view man pages as nicely formatted HTML. I've used man2html to generate static pages, but IIRC this application allowed any page to be formatted on the fly, and even to solicit the page in a dialogue. Does anyone have an idea what I used? I have no access to the machine I used to run it on, and I'd like it running under C8.
