i using Centos 6.9.
i using ipmitool tool,
result is
# ipmitool sdr type temp | grep CPU

02-CPU 1 | 04h | ok | 65.1 | 40 degrees C
<......>
what mean 65.1 ?
and "40" mean, CPU temperature?
can i get "cpu temperature" warning or critical limit value?

You're out of date - 6.10 is current, run yum update to get there.i using Centos 6.9.
Yes, the last column is the temperature in C. I don't know what the 4th column is but I would just ignore it.
CentOS 6 died in November 2020 - migrate to a new version!

As it is about temperatures, this looks like some kind of a threshold.
You should see a detailed description of all values with ipmitool with option -v

Using -v it shows up that column as being the "Entity ID" so it's just another way of showing what component it is.
