Netinstall image - network changes need toggle to apply

Hello,

first off - congrats for this major milestone!

As per the title, since the minimal image isn't out yet, I've tried to start with the NetInstall image.
The small glitch I've found is that when DHCP isn't active on the network and the network configuration is manually updated, you actually need to toggle the network "switch" under "Network & Hostname" before the new data are applied.

Caused me a lot of confusion due to the fact that under "Installation source" the error message complained about an invalid repo url, whereas the actual error was that the machine couldn't access the internet.

Hoping it'll help someone else too If you feel the title is misleading, feel free to change it.
