how can i make sure if the version of centos suit my hardware?

hi,

i have a question want to ask friends,

i know brand server (ex, ibm,dell,...etc.) will tell you their can support which version of redhat,

and i can know if the hardware support the version of centos well.


but i have a question,

i want to buy the hardware and take DIY to make my server,

i want to use the shuttle XPC System,

i am not sure how to make sure if the hardware suit the version of centos and run well.
