Cannot install debuginfo for glibc?

I know that debuginfo has only recently been added for CentOS 6, but I cannot seem to install debuginfo that would appear to be available.

For example:

However the file http://debuginfo.centos.org/6/x86_64/glibc-debuginfo-2.12-1.47.el6.x86_64.rpm is there.

Can anyone tell me what the issue is?

From browsing http://debuginfo.centos.org/6/ it would appear that the files are all there but it looks like it needs createrepo run against it as it's missing the repodata directory and meta data files. Unless the mods can get someone to do something about it, it might be worth raising a bug... or perhaps just waiting as maybe the process is still incomplete.

Hmmm, as of Sun Jan 15 19:51:53 UTC 2012, I only see repodata for i386 but not for x86_64. :-x

Same here. Is it supposed to be enabled in /etc/yum.repo.d/CentOS-Debuginfo.repo for 'install-debuginfo' to work?

If you mean [b]debuginfo-install[/b] - that should use the same switches as [b]yum[/b] - e.g.[code]debuginfo-install --enablerepo debug ...[/code]
