Cannot Add Samba Printer

I have a shared printer on Window 7 that I am trying to add. It seems like I need to add it as a samba printer rather than any kind of network printer. If that is the case, while I have a working samba server there does not seem to be a selection in 'system-config-printer' for samba printing. I found this article but when I try to install 'libgnomeprintui22' there are missing dependencies that are in the Springdale-Addons repository. Unfortunately none of those repositories are valid. How do I set up my Windows printer? TIA.
