Centos 7.7 on DELL PE R240 Or on HPE P17081-B21

Good morning, I have a problem to search compatibility list for this two server:

DELL CPU 8core PE R240 Intel Xeon E2234
HPE CPU 6core P17081-B21

I need to install Centos7.7.
I hope, in this forum, someone can help me with his experiences.

No, you don't. You need to install 7.8 if 7.9 is not out by then or 7.9 if it is.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
