Install a mail server.

Hello,
I want to configure postfix for a mail server. I read https://www.linuxtechi.com/install-conf ... -centos-8/ and I want to know should "Hostname" must be something like "server.Hostname.com" ?
My host name is "test-example.com". Must I change it to "server.test-example.com" ?
