CentOS8 integrated graphics card & standalone graphics card

hi，dear all
recetently I have been occurred in a question。
I install CentOS8 with my usb disk on my worksation (Dell Tower 3630, uefi boot mode ),it has integrated graphics card & standalone graphics card:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Device 3e98 (rev 02)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation TU106 [GeForce RTX 2070] (rev a1)

after all things installed , the system can't start normally when dp line connect the standalone graphics card:RTX2070.however,when dp line connect use integrated graphics card ,the system is normal.I have google this question for deal ,but still not solve it .

As read the "RTX 5000" 's answers , I try to install nvidia-detect,however:

[root@wx-incam128 yum.repos.d]# dnf install nvidia-detect

dnf command don't have any match to install .

Can somebody help me to deal with this question? the same question I also have in CentOS7.6 system ,but CentOS7.4 is normally to use ntegrated graphics card or standalone graphics card.

know "bumblebee" maybe can deal this problem ,but after spending serveral houers,this problem still need someone to help
