There is no sign of any error in that output. Did you try hitting Shift-PgUp to try to scroll back up that output and see if anything else shows up?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Have you tried selecting the other kernel from the Grub menu?

I did try both kernel and same result ! can anyone please help me, how can i get release of that problem ?

I have never encountered this situation personally, but going off what I can find on Google, it looks like your root partition is corrupt.
This page has a suggestion, which worked for one person:

I was wondering if the initramfs was corrupted, but I doubt that this is the case, because it won't boot off the other kernel. It's possible that both are corrupted, but less likely.
Some other suggestions (I don't know how applicable to CentOS 6):

as this is a XEN VM, is there any way repair the root partition booting from installer ISO cd ?
