CentOS-announce for CentOS 8

I haven't received any CentOS-announce emails regarding security vulnerabilities (or bugfixes/enhancements) for CentOS 8. I am wondering if these are planned or if a different notification mechanism is in place or what the future might be for CentOS 8 notifications?

there are no updates and no announcements for CentOS 8.

apparently they are working on 8.1, whatever little work they do, is all going towards the release of 8.1 and not in 8.0.

Perhaps you might care to rephrase that? I, for one, am grateful for all the work they do and don't belittle it.

indeed I could rephrase that, I think there are just 2-3 people working on it, thus my statement. A statement pointed towards Redhat to add more developers to the CentOS project
