Are you running CentOS 7 or 8?

The nux-dextop repo has never supplied wine. And if all you want to do is open a spreadsheet then libreoffice contains the 'calc' spreadsheet app that is similar to Excel (for some definition of similar).
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

I hadn't information about that :?

I have downloaded libreoffice now, but there is one more problem now when me or my collegaues then open libre-file into Windows Excel.
Output of the opening that libreoffice file in Windows excel looks like set of incomprehensible characters
