I don't know what your problem is, but I think you would be more likely to get
answers if you tell what "my registration pages" are, and where the output is from.

ok,, here's the senario,
i have a page where people put username, password, confirm password to register,, when someone get on that page i view that using statcounter.com,, but, there's people that i dont see how and when they do register,, i in-circled that with the red pen on the screenshot (all those guys who uses fake email addresses for a username.. i dont need them,, not anymore,, cuz they do better than that,, adding data where i dont want data in my server or where data is not real,,and so on .. ),, and they drop a lot of data in my server,i need a help to block them out forever,

The page is build for products requests,, but take a look on what they send as a request,, you'll have a clue of what they can do,, and i never see them in analytic paths

i have a page
You have created a webpage. You, not CentOS.
Your page. Your fault. Your responsibility.

As creator of the page it is your job to make sure that the page is secure.
If you don't know how to write a proper webpage, then hire a pro.

Good Suggestion, but no one around my neighborhood could do what i can,,,, im thinking on puting reCAPTCHA, thats the only thing im thinking about,, cuz i thought it was a problem of the fact that firewall was turned off, and i turned it on,, but still getting the same result,, it'll be good if u can give me more suggestions, i know that im not a pro, but maybe you can suggest me something more that i can use, back in the server to stop those issues

This is not a CentOS issue. It's whatever you have installed on your system is not secured properly. If you wrote it then you need to review your code because people are bypassing your checks. If someone else wrote it then you need to ask them. We do not supply anything that looks like the things you are running.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
Use the FAQ Luke
