Hi there. Compiling freeradius 3.0.18 from source on Centos 8.
Header files for libpcap is missing in Centos 8.

libpcap-devel used to be fairly easy to install via yum.

Will this end up in Centos-Base at some point?

libpcap-devel and lot of developer stuff are in the PowerTools repository (equiv of upstream CodeReady Linux Builder channel)
