Installing Cisco RTMT on CentOS7

Post by broketoof25 » 2019/09/12 15:16:56

Hello,
I am trying to install Cisco RTMT on CentOS7. I am getting the error below

[root@Downloads]# ./CcmServRtmtPlugin.bin
Preparing to install...
Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...

Launching installer...

JRE libraries are missing or not compatible....
Exiting....

The java version installed is:
[root@Downloads]# java -version
openjdk version "1.8.0_181"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_181-b13)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.181-b13, mixed mode)

I verified it's compatible with version 1.8

Any help would be appreciated.

The installer comes with its own JRE. The message "JRE libraries are missing or not compatible...." is refering to this JRE, not to the system's.
