Cronjob mailing issue

I am trying to run my cronjob, what it do is ,it will send a report to my email. But the supposed message is bouncing back. Can anyone please help me work around on my issue?. Thank you :D

below is the error message:

You need to route your mail via your ISP's mail relay.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

Hi Sir,

Thanks, it seems i cannot complete my cron since im not an administrator to route my mail via my ISP's mail relay. Is there any other solution for this? :D
