Cronjob mailing issue

I am trying to run my cronjob, what it do is ,it will send a report to my email. But the supposed message is bouncing back. Can anyone please help me work around on my issue?. Thank you

You need to route your mail via your ISP's mail relay.

Thanks, it seems i cannot complete my cron since im not an administrator to route my mail via my ISP's mail relay. Is there any other solution for this?
