Problems with tora

I've an oracle database installed on my centos machine and want to install an sql manager utility. I've selected Tora, but i can use it because, after instalation, says that some pluggin is missing.

I've read some forums about tora and they say that i've to install qt-odbc. I select this element from the applications list of the postgre database of centos install drive but i can't get the connection too.

Please, someone who has installed tora in a centos 4 can give me an step by step help and the url's from where download the programs i need?
