I am curious to what others use in order to configure their firewall / Iptables.
So far, I have been using Firestarter, but I ran into a problem and got no answer from FS-Security.
This made me think of looking around for another configuration tool.
Or should I go for the direct approach and configure manually?
So, what do you use?
What do you use to configure Iptables?
Re: What do you use to configure Iptables?
I use iptables from the command line - gives ultimate flexibility :)
Re: What do you use to configure Iptables?
You can try fwbuilder..go and get it at http://www.fwbuilder.org, easy to use because it comes in graphical mode.
Unlike firestater, fwbuilder is flexible and can be used on any platform.

Thanks for your suggestions.
Fwbuilder is new to me, I might give it a try.
