Forums downtime and URL change - Monday 2019/12/16

There will be a brief period of forums downtime this Monday in the early morning CET. The machine that hosts them has to move to a different location and while that is in progress, the URL used for them will be changing to https://forums.centos.org though there will be a redirect put in place to handle Google hits on the old URL format.

Forums were down for ~10min and then www.centos.org/forums redirected to new forums.centos.org.
