I've got an Intel AX200 chip wifi card and it will show up when attached to my motherboards PCIE 16x slots but will be unusable, or if I try to put it in one of the PCIE 1x slots it isn't even seen by the system.

This is what I see from lspci when the card is inserted in the PCIE 1x
I basically was going off some advice posted in this thread posted by Sebastian Penhouet - https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205123 in an attempt to fix the issue of it not being usable even when it shows up in the PCIE 16x slot.
