Hi there,
I'm new to CentOs or any sort of linux system.
I have bought an domain name and registered an A record for a website with the IP address of the machine where the website is hosted.
On the other end i have an CentOs 8 machine where i have uploaded an web application. As deploy steps i have opened firewalld ports (http https dns),
started the app with PM2 and used nginx for reverse proxy.
Now the app is accessible at IP address (works fine) of the machine but i'm unable to make this accessible at the domain that i bought.
Is there any configuration required for this to work? If yes, what should i do? Again i'm new to centos and any advice would be helpful.
Thanks
Can not connect to website with domain address
Re: Can not connect to website with domain address
Does the "domain" resolve to the IP address?
Re: Can not connect to website with domain address
As far as i can tell, i dont thinks so, the domain looks dead.
