could you solve the issue ?
On my board the latest running kernel (with recognized interfaces enp5s0f1 enp6s0f0 enp6s0f1 ) is 4.18.0-240.22.1.el8_3.x86_64. I switched to CentOS stream but with the current release 4.18.0-315.el8.x86_64 adapters still do not work.
