Multicast packets after cable plug.

Hello.
After ethernet cable plug in, my server send
IGMP packet to 224.0.0.22 and packets to 224.0.0.252:5355 (udp).
Can I disable it? What service do it?

It's multicast.
It's used for group management (the MG parts of IGMP).
