Lost network interface on CentOS8?

Hello I have a issue with network.
No appear after the complete boot system.
Attached image about configuration files.

Someone could help me?

About the system on instalation the network was functinal and update the system, but after poweroff system do not working.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
