Vmx disabled after booting CentOs stream 9 on hp

I am a computer science student and use CentOS stream 9 on my hp laptop 15-bs0xx along with windows by dual boot.
So i use centOS for programming , but while boot centOS there appeared black screen with texts VMX diabled by BIOS and much more ,This

I am not sure how to fix this since i added it from our college teacher . It was working fine before but i don't know what to do now.

Start by choosing one of the older kernels listed at the grub menu when you boot up.
