Vmx disabled after booting CentOs stream 9 on hp

I am a computer science student and use CentOS stream 9 on my hp laptop 15-bs0xx along with windows by dual boot.
So i use centOS for programming , but while boot centOS there appeared black screen with texts VMX diabled by BIOS and much more ,This
