Hi All,
I have loaded a HP Proliant DL380 G6
with CentOS 8 (2105) with standard GUI.
I am having keyboard issues,
I get "repeating characters" when I type
in the terminal window.
Within Preferences I have disabled "Typing | Repeat Keys"
I have also tried different keyboards.
And still have issues.
Can anyone help ?
Keyboard behavior (getting repeating characters)
Re: Keyboard behavior (getting repeating characters)
Is this while connected via the iLO console or actually at the physical machine?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Keyboard repeats characters
I have loaded CentOS 8 (with GUI) on an HP Proliant DL380 gen 6 server,
however, when I try to login OR use the terminal the keyboard repeats
single stroke letters.
Can anyone help ?

Re: Keyboard behavior (getting repeating characters)
Could you try crtl-alt-F3 to get to console - does it happen there as well?
