At every bootup, it encounters a warning saying ata2: COMRESET FAILED (errorno (-32)). And the boot load time is extremely slow. The login screen appears only after waiting 20-25 minutes from boot time. I am not able to get any solution. Please somebody help me with this. This have ruined my entire time. The very first line in your first 2 screenshots says that your initramfs file is corrupt. That file is made by installing a new kernel, at installation time, and should never tell you that it is corrupt. You need to fix that first as any other errors could easily be because of that error.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
