I had Centos 7 running forever with onboard Radeon GPU and AOC F22 and 1920x1080 resolution
I UPGRADE(?) to Centos 8 and I can't get past 1024x768
Been through hundreds of irrelevant posts with contradictions regarding xrandr and Wayland
Anybody actually have a solution?
Thanks

Good morning - You may want to check the AMD site and search for your particular graphics card. I noticed there were drivers for linux and more specifically for Red Hat which should work for your install -

I got the same issue with Ryzen 3400G (Vega 11).
After install kernel 5.x I can easy change desktop resolution to my monitor default(2560 x 1080), but I want to stay on Centos default kernel.
I checked AMD site and there is only drivers for win10.
Edit:
After update system to Centos 8.1problem gone.
