Not working Jasper reports

I have a problema, not working Jasper reports:
OS: Centos 9 stream
Jasper: 1.8
Java: 7
DB: postgres 11

The message it sends when trying to generate them is the lack of a source type when done for the first time and when retrying, it sends the message of a class; The source type and class have already been validated and are on the server. The server is inside a DMZ.
