Can some one tell how to install and configure VNC in CentOS 9 stream and what's the best vnc tool for it

I am trying to install and configure VNC in CentOS 9 stream can some one help me with documentation of step by step installation and configuration

I'd read any doc that comes with tigervnc-server too as VNC is one of those packages that Red Hat like to rip up the documentation for every year or so and totally rewrite it so say you should do things a different way. Run `rpm-ql tigervnc-server` to get a list of the files it supplies then check those to see if any of them tell you how to do it.

I was going to install it on Rocky 9 to have a read but it wants to pull in 113 other packages along with it so, no!
