CentosOS Stream 9 RDP From Windows 11

Hello,
Just installed xrdp on centos stream 9. From windows 11 I am able to RDP as root user, but not as a regular user. It just kicks me right out right after I type in the username and password. How can I enable RDP for regular user??

RDP works with normal users after OS reboot. No changes made to any configuration files.
