After installing latest update today, I can not access my shared folder in guest os.
Shared folder can not be mounted and accessed after installing latest update
Re: Shared folder can not be mounted and accessed after installing latest update
How is it shared? Using what protocol?
CentOS 8 died a premature death at the end of 2021 - migrate to Rocky/Alma/OEL/Springdale ASAP.

Re: Shared folder can not be mounted and accessed after installing latest update
I installed virtualbox in my host: windows 11. guest os is centos 9. Shared folder is configured in virtualbox and enabled auto mount with all of permissions.
Before installing latest updates of guest os, I can access shared folder without any problems, after installing latest updates, I can not access my share folder.
I found that kernel.x86_64 5.14.0-295.el9 has problems to access the shared folder, while 5.14.0-289.el9 has no problems.
Not sure how to check the protocol, could you please help share more detailed steps?
