Update centos 8 stream error

I'm new to Linux world, I have VPS working with centos 8 stream 5 months now, from time to time i make os fresh and uptodate , today i tring to update OS gives me error :

Error:
Problem: cannot install both epel-release-1:8-12.el8.noarch and epel-release-8-15.el8.noarch
- package epel-next-release-8-15.el8.noarch requires epel-release = 8-15.el8, but none of the providers can be installed
- cannot install the best update candidate for package epel-release-8-11.el8.noarch
- cannot install the best update candidate for package epel-next-release-8-11.el8.noarch
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

how to fix it ?

There isn't anything to fix. It's telling you that it cannot install the package you are trying to install because a newer version of the same package is already installed. In other words, the thing you're trying to install is already installed.
