How to setting centos 9 stream fresh install,
For example I want to install htop
I got this error message always:

There is no EPEL repo for 9Stream. You do know it's effectively an alpha product? Not even really a beta as yet though there is a RHEL 9Beta out but it's different enough from Stream 9 so that you cannot make assumptions about them both.

The EPEL9-Next buildroot in Koji only opened up very recently. As of the time of writing, the only packages you can install are the release and epel-rpm-macros.

Looking at Koji it looks like the KDE Sig is the first one to really start building stuff, but it's very early days for EPEL9. Please have patience, packages will start to populate the EPEL repo in the near to mid future.
