Stream 8 upgrade to Stream 9; official manual.

CentOS has never supported migration from one major version to another.
Even if it would, I would rather install from scratch.

There is no migration from Stream 8 to 9.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
