I just updated my CentOS 8 running on a Lenovo W530 to the latest stable kernel
4.18.0-305.25.1.el8_4.x86_64
and after doing it, the system no longer suspends when I issue the
systemctl suspend
command, or when I tell it to suspend from the GUI.
Instead of suspending, the screen becomes blank and the system reboots after showing a series of messages in text mode.
I'm attaching a capture of the moment when the first messages are displayed right after the blank screen.
Given these messages, could it be a problem with the nouveau driver on the new kernel?
Thanks in advance.
