SQLite header and source version mismatch

Team,

when I try to access the daily.db i nsqlite3 and having this error:

What is 'daily.db' when it's at home?

And 8.2 is 2 whole point releases out of date: dnf update
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
