CentOS 8.4, screen stays on (power saving)

In CentOS 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, the computer monitor used to go off after 15 minutes of inactivity, but now it goes to either a blank screen or the clock, but it stays on, it does not go into low power mode. I have not touched any settings.
