Thunderbird 78 and GPG option

I'm not able to get GnuPGP options in Thunderbird 78 whith my CentOs 8.1
Can some one help me or is it a bug ?

I don't know what your problem is, but you may want to
run yum update to get 8.3 (it may even solve your problem).

Sorry, I'm on Centos 8.3.1

The thunderbird pkg from centosplus repo (important , so not the one from AppStream repo) has openpgp feature built-in, so works out of the box
Running myself now thunderbird-78.9.0-3.el8.x86_64 with pgp/openpgp support and works fine (migrated from previous setup with enigmail plugin, not deprecated by thunderbird)

The problem appear whith 78.9.0.3 version from AppStream reposit
