Stting up local installation source forever.

Hello i`n trying to switch to centos stream for vfx work.

Currently i`m doing a test install on Hyper-V.

And i`m having issues with the installation.
there is no local installation source available as an option.
Most of he mirrors in my country dont work in some way.

Currently stuck on this screen since a solid 15 mins

The getting resources only shows up when i set the link type to https://
Else it just does nothing.
