Software selection not displayed during installation

Hi, I am using a vmware 15.0 player(the free version). I am new to these installations. I have installed Centos8.2 successfully. I have used
http://mirrors.piconets.webwerks.in/cen ... 4-dvd1.iso
However, during installation I was not shown SOftware selection. I wanted to install a server with a GUI with add ons instead I got a centos instalaltion with a GNOME.
Question 1. What should I do to get Software selection during installation?
Question 2. How do I know if I have installed a centos Desktop or server with GUI just in case a server with GUI was installed by default?
