Create own comps.xml

How do I create my own comps.xml on centos 8? I used to use yum-groups-manager but Its not part of yum-utils.
Or is there a way to copy *just* the comps.xml from a mirror?

It's in the repodata directory on the DVD or the mirros.
CentOS 6 died in November 2020 - migrate to a new version!

CentOS 5 is dead, do not use it.
