Create rootFs for Centos8 aarch64

Hello everyone,

Recently I managed to boot my rock64 sbc by using a rootfs image for Centos7.

I tried to find on the net one rootfs image for centos 8 aarch64 but with no luck.

How could someone generate one by himself?
