nfs-server does not start when ipv6 is disabled in centos8. Is this behavior by design?

Perhaps it's a hint that you shouldn't be disabling ipv6?

It's the same on CentOS 7 and is has mention in the FAQ https://wiki.centos.org/FAQ/CentOS7#How ... le_IPv6.3F
CentOS 6 will die in November 2020 - migrate sooner rather than later!
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 is dead, do not use it.
