i have enabled EPEL (with playground and testing), and still nothing found for "sudo yum search gnucash". is it no longer available?

In case anyone was having trouble with the flatpak (for me it would just hang even after a fresh system install), someone made an excellent guide to navigating the crazy mess of manually building many missing dependencies if you need to build yourself which worked for me:
