We are in need of Centos 8 minimal ISO but it is not available yet. Could you please let us know when Centos 8 minimal ISO will be released. Request you to kindly clarify on this.

At the present time there is no minimal iso and I am not aware of any plans to provide one. You can use the boot.iso and point to a local mirror (or a CentOS mirror) instead.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
