Installation keep asking to accept licence, after each loop the system restart and return to the same page.
I'm not able to finalize installation.
I have the suspect that the issue is video card related.
In attach hw specs of my laptop.

Install in text mode to get a clue.
inst.text
Use the inst.text option to force the installation program to run in text mode instead of graphical mode.

To be honest, text mode is useless so I wouldn't do that. It doesn't let you customise anything including partitioning, packages to be installed or anything vaguely useful so I would avoid it.
Better to try to "install in basic video" mode off the troubleshooting menu.
Also, I am not sure if this is still the case in 8 but in el7 the prompt to accept the license agreement was broken if you did not use English. The prompt said to enter the letter 'c' (I think!, from memory) but in other languages the letter to enter was the first one of whatever the native word for 'continue' is not necessarily 'c'. Similar problems with other prompts like 'y' for yes etc.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

I got caught by this. I kept thinking that it wanted some license from RedHat But eventually I found a very small tick box on the screen. Look over the screen very carefully. You just need to accept the CentOS license.

Re: Installation of stream distrubution keep asking to accept licence
I struggled some time more and eventually found the bug.
If I install in english, keyboard layout english then is all ok.
But I'm italian, it's ok for me the language but the keyboard layout not.
When I add the italian keyboard layout, even if I do that when installation is already finished, next restard I'm stuck with the licensing problem.
Even if you leave english keyboard the default (the upper one in the list).
