BaseOS-source repo out-of-date?

Post by gerry666uk » 2020/02/10 19:18:54

Code: Select all

rpm -q kernel
kernel-4.18.0-80.el8.x86_64
kernel-4.18.0-147.3.1.el8_1.x86_64
BUT

Code: Select all

dnf repoquery --repo "BaseOS-source" "kernel*"
kernel-0:4.18.0-80.1.2.el8_0.src
kernel-0:4.18.0-80.11.1.el8_0.src
kernel-0:4.18.0-80.11.2.el8_0.src
kernel-0:4.18.0-80.4.2.el8_0.src
kernel-0:4.18.0-80.7.1.el8_0.src
kernel-0:4.18.0-80.7.2.el8_0.src
kernel-0:4.18.0-80.el8.src
so it seems the source repo does not have the "147" kernel, it only has the "80" kernel?

Another example of a missing src.rpm is the latest version of glibc

Code: Select all

glibc-2.28-72.el8_1.1.src.rpm
It should be here: http://vault.centos.org/8.1.1911/BaseOS ... SPackages/

Please report on bugs.centos.org
CentOS 6 will die in November 2020 - migrate sooner rather than later!
CentOS 5 has been EOL for nearly 3 years and should no longer be used for anything!
