Some libraries that were in centos7 are not found in centos8.
Among them, gtkmm24-devel is important for me, but I can't find it in the repository.
For some reason only gtkmm24.i686 and .x86_64 exist.
Please give me some solutions.

Enable the PowerTools repo.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
