Horrible sound quality in Chrome but a good one in Firefox

Some Youtube music tracks sound somewhat hoarse or wheezy in Chrome but OK in Firefox. For example, this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-YuSKeFMxY&t=43s
Does anyone else have this issue?
How to fix that?

if you don't use pulseaudio, use another mixer and check if the audio output is the same in both programs, also check if when running one or the other, some input device is turned on, which can cause interference
